Owned by the Antinori family, here you will discover the history, the vineyards, the wines and the historical cellars housed within the original medieval castle, considered one of the most extraordinary examples of medieval architecture in Italy. In this background, you will have the opportunity to taste the new gem of the estate - Nibbio della Sala, the finest expression of monovarietal Chardonnay from Castello della Sala – along with Cervaro della Sala, one of the most historical and renowned Italian fine white wine.
