Let us celebrate together the 10th anniversary of Baghera through this extraordinary catalogue presented to you in this Kipling #15. This edition brings together, in a single sale, the rarest, most sought-after and most mythical wines ever produced.

At the heart of this auction lies the legendary Domaine François Raveneau. A breathtaking vertical spanning nearly two decades (2004–2022), showcasing with surgical precision the most iconic climats of Chablis – Les Clos, Blanchot, Valmur, Montée de Tonnerre, Butteaux. A collection of remarkable coherence, expressing both the purity of terroir and the estate’s crystalline signature.

This first backbone is matched by an equally spectacular display from Burgundy, with an unbroken succession of grands crus from the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. From assorted cases to individual bottles, spanning 2006 to 2022, nearly all the estate’s emblematic cuvées are represented: Romanée-Conti, La Tâche, Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Grands-Échézeaux, Échézeaux, Corton, not to mention the rare Montrachet. An exceptionally rare concentration, featuring benchmark vintages a Mathusalem of Richebourg 1979, a true museum piece.

The Bordeaux panorama is no less impressive, bringing together the greatest names in outstanding vintages: Château Lafite Rothschild, Château Latour, Château Mouton Rothschild, Château Haut-Brion and Château Cheval Blanc, in legendary years such as 2005, 2010 and 1996. Alongside them, cult right bank icons – Pétrus and Le Pin – further enhance the exclusivity of the offering.

The absolute highlight: a spectacular vertical of Château d'Yquem, reaching back to the 19th century. Complete runs across multiple vintages are complemented by an extraordinary succession of individual bottles, from 2008 back to… 1857.

A rare journey through time, where each bottle stands as both a wine and a historical artifact.
Finally, a few remarkable highlights complete this already exceptional ensemble: historical curiosities from the 19th century, including an 1811 cognac and sweet wines from Malaga dated 1811 and 1838.

In the event that the buyer completes a purchase and wishes to collect the goods, collection must take place within a period of 42 days.
After expiry of this period, quarterly storage fees shall be invoiced, calculated as follows: CHF 10 per month per case of 12 bottles, subject to a minimum charge of CHF 100.
In addition to storage fees, insurance costs shall be charged at a rate of 0.5% of the hammer price (excluding VAT) plus the buyer’s premium (excluding VAT).
